There are citizens in Kabul
And hostages in Haiti
If you add them all together
It’s about 480

Plus the officers and nurses
That the Democrats abandon
It’s no wonder that across the land
We’re chanting “Let’s Go Brandon”

There are parents who for centuries
Have joined the PTA
Who now are told by “experts”
That they shouldn’t have a say

There’s the independent driver
Who would like to haul a load
But the State of California
Will not let them on the road

Professors who teach poetry
(My Lord, how far they reach)
Told by student advocates
The poets they can’t teach

Pharmacists and Doctors
Are now savvy to the vibe
Limiting the pills
That they dispense or they prescribe

I’m a guy who likes to smile and
I rarely wear a frown
But is seems to me the country
Is completely upside down

If you ‘d like to have a better view
Of all the things I’ve said
All I can suggest is
You try standing on your head

Or maybe take a lesson from
Those Loudon Country folks
If you want a tasty omelet
You may have to break some yolks

No please don’t take offense
Or out of context, take my quote
I’m not advocating violence
I’m just urging them to vote
