Seasons Greeting from the White House

Happy Holidays as well

Dr Jill and I are hoping

Your December will be swell

Santa will be coming soon

Just hear those jingles ring

As he rides along with presents

In his… you know, the thing

And thanks to John Forbes Kerry

Even naughty kids are rocking

Cause Santa couldn’t get any coal

To put inside their stocking

There’s so much going on

I don’t know where I should begin

So I wrote this happy little rhyme

To fully fill you in

We made a few mistakes this year

But none of them were large

We just vacuumed out the cubby

And we cleaned up the garage

Two wars are raging in the world

We know that war is hell

But I’m happy to report

That we’ve been managing them well

I’ll say this to our hostages,

“Do not give in to fear

I’ll get you home for Christmas

But I’m not sure in which year”

Now go and do your shopping

Get whatever you desire

Cause everyone’s been saying

Bidenomics is on fire

Hunter gave us presents

And they nearly made us faint

Two amazing portraits–

He never told me he could paint!

Now I’m told my poem is finished

And so with no more ado

I’ll wish you Happy Easter

And a Great Thanksgiving too.
